In 2025, I decided to give myself a new chance at life, a chance to rediscover my true self and embrace a more minimalist, authentic way of living. After more than ten years of big-city noise and corporate life, ONS BUITEN felt like home from the very first moment. This environment inspires me and teaches me something new every day, reminding me of the simple luxuries that modern society has perhaps forgotten.

Now in my second season here, I channel that inspiration into my role leading the Housekeeping Department. It makes me incredibly happy to contribute added value to a place that is so mindful and stays true to its core values, even when they go against the grain of typical market trends.

For me, the essence of this place is best captured at my favorite spot: the Wellness Garden. It is truly an island of tranquility where watching the sun set is a soul-warming experience. Whether I am waking up to birdsong or walking among the deer and wild ducks, I am deeply grateful to be part of this environment every single day.
