What appeals to me about working at ONS OUTSIDE is that it is varied work. In addition, you feel the peace when you enter the campsite. This is a very nice setting to work in. It is nice to be able to give the guests this peace and to contribute to their holiday experience on this unique nature development site.

I also really like the atmosphere in the team. We work in a relatively small and cozy team, which means you work a lot with all colleagues and therefore with many different disciplines, talents and fields of work. There is a short line in communication; you also talk to almost everyone about his/her work.

I find it instructive to work in a company where they are consciously working on making the campsite more sustainable and therefore continue to innovate and invest.

As an intern, I quickly got a lot of responsibility, which gives me confidence. I can think about a lot and give input. In addition, I am involved in various projects. The work is very varied, which appeals to me.
